1. Do you provide on-site installation services?
Answer: We provide very detailed installation instruction drawings and videos for each project. For large-scale projects, we will have on-site installation workers and supervisors. The cost of on-site service should be negotiated with the customer.
2. What is your delivery time?
Answer: Under normal circumstances, the delivery time is 30 days after receiving the deposit. For large orders, the delivery time should be negotiated.
3. How do you control the quality of your products?
Answer:
a. Design quality: Pre-consider possible problems and provide high-quality design solutions.
b. Raw material quality: Select qualified raw materials.
c. Production quality: Precise manufacturing processes, experienced workers, and strict quality inspections.
4. How do you handle quality issues?
Answer: We will take full responsibility for any quality issues caused by production and arrange for our technical team to replace parts and carry out repairs.
5. Do your products have a clear service life? If so, how long is it?
Answer: Under regular climate and environment, the service life of the steel frame of the container house is 20 years.
6. What designs do you have for different climates (how do the products adapt to different climates)?
Answer: Strong wind areas: Improve the wind resistance of the internal structure. Cold areas: Increase the thickness of the walls, or use good thermal insulation materials to improve the compressive capacity of the structure. High-corrosion areas: Use corrosion-resistant materials or paint anti-corrosion coatings.
